The bathroom faucet had hot water on the right side. What is up with that. Staff was knowledgeable and very nice. Nobody but me was having a bad day. And they went out of there way to make my day better. Very clean. Food was excellent.

Recently had heart bypass graft surgery at St. Vincent’s Heart Hospital. The physician and PA staff were excellent. More enlightening to me was the excellent, caring, and personalized nursing care I received which was also exceptional and with what seemed to be appropriate staffing levels even on the weekend. The weekend care to me was excellent nursing and even their tech nursing support was caring and encouraging. I was struck by how thorough the medical staff were, and how well they managed a “grumpy old retired physician” like me. Thanks and best wishes to all involved. I’m doing great!

The nurses & doctors were very kind & helpful. Things were explained to me so I could understand what procedures were being performed & advise me of the results. Food was very good, although to large forme, and arrived promptly. I have no complaints of my care.

One of the least professional care teams you could imagine. It'd be a different plan every 12 hours with seemingly no communication between the shifts. You'd get a plan from the pulmonologist one morning and then a nurse practitioner working for a completely different department would come in and change it. The nurse practitioners and the various doctors would seemingly be arguing about the approach to our grandfather's care THROUGH THE FAMILY. Seemingly never spoke to one another and disagreeing with the other members of their own team TO US. You have nurse practitioners whispering in the ears of some family members to try and convince the rest of the family to their way of thinking. The doctors also spent more time walking back statements they'd laid out previously about the risks of each procedure when new side effects they'd never laid out popped up. Too bad we recorded most meetings with them so we couldn't be gaslit. Imagine doctors more interested in 'not seeming at fault' than the health and well-being of their patient. How are any of these people allowed to practice medicine? My expectations for quality of healthcare at anything owned by Ascension is all ready in the basement and this place kept digging. Stay away, unless your standards are "didn't purposefully try to kill the patient" and even then I'm not convinced.

I was treated like I was as important as anyone else. I was treated with respect and dignity. I had my medical problem explained to me in a clear and understandable manner. The.nurses and techs were attentive and kind. My needs were taken care of. One of my nurses was Grant. He and I had a great relationship. He is the best nurse I have ever experienced.
