This was my first time doing a sleep study, Lucas the Technician explained and walked me through everything. He took care of me and made me feel very comfortable and the Staff who also were there. The Apnix Team was Excellent from those who I spoke with on the phone and phone text I received. 👏 A Big Thank You.❤ This was at the Bellaire Location
The room was very clean and spacious. My technician was awesome. I was late for my appointment and the technician called me to make sure I was still coming. He wasn't rude. Great customer service. The only concern I had is the place is not in a great neighborhood. I had to wait at the door for someone. I didn't have to wait that long. Also bring your own pillow to be more comfortable. The room is very cold so bring an extra blanket or ask for one. Overall great experience.

My tech was very professional AND seems to be a caring person. Great he takes time with you to make your stay very comfortable. Also the place was very clean. Every room also rest room's were very clean.
This clinic is great. Their sleep labs are clean, comfortable and staffed with excellent and knowledgeable technicians. I was guided through the whole process both on the phone, through paperwork and in person. They also made sure I was completely comfortable the whole way through. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for medical sleep solutions.
