First appointment. Asked questions I could have answered online. One month later second appointment. All appointments are a month apart because the doctor is only available one Monday per month. Given sleep test equipment. Was gone before the actual time of my appointment. Card inside the box explained how to use test equipment. Had a small 2 hour window to return the equipment the next day. Third appointment was supposed to be for results. Appointment was canceled but I didn’t know that. Office workers claimed I was notified via voicemail. I have no such voicemail. So far 3 days off work for nothing. And another month to find out if the next appointment will be anything more than another waste of vacation time.
Don't know why there are so many 1 star reviews, I've been coming here for a yr almost 2, and have never had a bad experience. The dr.was nice and really cared about my issues, i got my CPAP machine fast through my imsurance, and now i wake up with no headaches, and not fatigued by 2-3 in the afternoon. I'm getting the best sleep I've ever gotten now. And I'm extremely grateful.
Highly frustrating customer care. Called left message to return twice then on third call operator seemed confused and gave incomplete answers. Not sure I want to continue using this clinic. Doesn’t live up to the standards I have received in other Miami Valley clinics.
I was completely bamboozled by this subpar clinic. I ignored all of the other one star reviews and chalked them up to personality conflicts but I was very wrong. This clinic does not communicate effectively or professionally, as they do not return calls for days or sometimes weeks. They do not listen to what you are asking them to investigate, I knew exactly what I needed from my GP and cardiologist telling me what to ask for- an inpatient study. The final straw was that they did not actually check with my insurance to see if what I was asking for was covered (it was) and sent me to do a different study. The end result was that I needed to do what I asked to do in the first place and a nice $700 bill for the ineffective, unnecessary first at home study. When I was understandably upset over this 3 month run around I was hung up on by the business manager when I said they screwed me over. I’m sorry that the truth hurts lady. This clinic absolutely screwed me out of time, money and if UCHealth hadn’t come to the rescue, they could have really hurt me physically.
Horrible communication! They definitely don’t follow through on their end, I would of have them a zero star but 1 is the lowest possible. They never changed my information on their end and the company with the CPAP equipment couldn’t get a hold of me. They also took 16 days to get my prescription sent for my CPAP machine. I’m sure if I owed them money they would of found the correct number to call and would of been on the ball with everything.
