I have been visiting my general physician at Community Health Network for the last 2 years. The service at the reception and the time taken to check me in has always been short. My doctor is extremely proficient and an expert in her field. The center also houses a radiology and tests lab which makes it easier to get all appointments in together. Usually not too crowded, it’s a decent check in and check out.
I have been a Patient of Dr. Palmer for 15 plus years, and the entire staff is always professional, thorough, compassionate, and modern. Dr. Palmer has always responded to my messages same business day. NP Linda Hughes is great! I never feel rushed and all of my health concerns are answered and addressed.
I absolutely love my health care team! Dr. Bradley Guill is outstanding, and Nurse practitioner Lisa Bell is fantastic.
The doctors and staff are nice and pleasant people, but can’t seem to keep anything straight. When I became a patient I had to schedule my new patient exam 6 months out. I didn’t see the doctor again for another year, at which point I could only get in to see the nurse practitioner. Furthermore the office rescheduled my appointment three times for arbitrary reasons. Most recently I was in for a sick visit, despite sharing that I had already tested negative for Covid 19 the nurse practitioner was only worried about COVID. She did give a prescription, but there was trouble calling it into the pharmacy and hours after my appointment is still not available. She made sure to tell me the prescription was safe for pregnancy, but m not pregnant or trying to become pregnant. The front end staff struggle as well. I’ve been hung up on rather than being placed on hold multiple times. I’ve also had appointments misscheduled. Most importantly, the office refused a payment sent y my insurance company and then billed me for it, despite being in network. I’ll be looking for a new PCP, despite what a pain it is.
