HORRIBLE! Staff is unprofessional and rude. I’m surprised that they are still open!
They have zero customer service. I called several times for questions and they promised to call me back and they never do. They have done this several times.

I myself love the care Dr. Desai and Staff give me sincei became I have been near death 5 + times and he keeps me here. His staff isvery courteous and they aklwsys follow through on everything they promise me to do such as test results,medication refills, medical paperwork or even just a "wanted to make sure everything was alright call. So thanks to Dr. Desai, Dr. Manger, Baja (nurse practitioner) and each and every member of his office staff. Keep up the exceptional work you guys do.
Horrible service. They send emails that direct you to a site for your summary of results, and then tell you they do not use the site. Weeks and weeks go by without any contact, and when you try to call, the person you need to speak to is never there or busy. There's more, but I don't have time to tell all. Go somewhere else.
