The front desk ladies and the nurses and the doctor were all really nice and helpful about finding ways to help me even when I didn't have all the information or when I showed up late to an appointment.

What a great experience! The ladies at the front desk were delightful and very helpful. Kelley was fantastic with helping guide me through my appointment. Dr. Sara Frey took her time to explain as well as listen. More importantly I recieved answers about my condition. I 100% recommend. Dr. Frey. Thank you.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to my appointment. My experience was SO on point - incredibly long wait and Dr. didn't seem interested in a diagnosis, but rather telling me I was "wrong". Incredibly dismissive and only ordered testing when I insisted.

This medical group currently identified (10/24/2024) as Parkersburg Neurological Associates is horrible. First, parking is limited. Their location at 3803 Emerson Avenue has an unfriendly parking lot for those with neurological disorders that affect their motility. Second, the front staff are cold as all get out. They do their job their way, and any slight diversion of normal interactions is a burden. Next, the two doctors I visited had zero "bedside manner". The absolute cold manner in which these "medical professionals" treated me was laughable. Finally, the medical professionals make no effort whatsoever to speak in clear English. This is my health. I asked for clarification on a single point and the doctor became angry and told me he would just print out the information I questioned. I want a doctor, not a guided-user-interface. Don't waste your time on this group.

I have been a patient here for more than a couple years simply because there is nowhere else to go in the Parkersburg area. I have never met a doctor less interested in diagnosing his patients than Dr. Morehead. I came to him for suspected sleep apnea and his diagnosis was "well, I don't know, maybe it's just depression". After going to CCMC for a sleep study I was diagnosed (correctly) to have sleep apnea. The worst part about going to his office is the wait, he has NEVER been on time for an appointment even though I always show up on time. Typically I sit in the waiting room for about an hour past the scheduled appointment but I have also waited over two hours past the scheduled time of the appointment just to be seen here. Terrible service from a doctor who will not even pretend to care once you finally get though the waiting room and into his office. I would not recommend Dr. Morehead to anyone.
