Very disorganized. They made me go there for an appointment and the doctor looked at my face and asked what are you doing here? They are also very disorganized with insurance and when ordering a CPAP. If you vaiue your time; go somewhere else.

The UM SLEEP CENTER punishes patients if you are late. Had an appointment at 10:15am, there was no parking near Bascom, the lots had FULL signs. The valet parking had a huge line. Arrived at Hospital at 9:50, drove around looking for parking. Was able to find parking on the roof of the lot across from Bascom. Arrived to appointment at 10:30, was told there was no guarantee Dr. Abreu would see me. Of all the departments at UM, this is the least patient friendly. Appointment was made a year ago, and because UM is a mess administratively, and cannot provide parking or valet for patients, we are disrespected and mistreated. If you are late, just cancel don’t waste your time or find another sleep center.

It took months to get the appointment to do the speech study it took three months to go see the doctor and I’m getting a runaround now two weeks trying to get the CPAP machine. They tell me supervisor supposed to call me. They say that we’re gonna take care of it and they haven’t done nothing if you need to do a speech study do it somewhere else not Here it’s horrible

NEW PATIENT'S BEWARE Thank you for a complete waste of time. I am new to your insurance, but I didn't know you punish your patients if they are mins late and are subjected to waiting 3hrs in a waiting room just for a consultation. Still didn't see the Dr. This day . I was told upon arrival I should have shown up 30 min early. So they want me to have a 30 min grace period for the Dr, but they can't give me a few min grace period. I was actually in the building at my appointment time and was waiting at the main front desk for them to tell me I was in the wrong line.
