Appointment was for 1:20pm. At 2:05pm they finally put us in room. But then we waited forever to be seen. Please stop overlooking. You shouldn't take that much time up. It's ridiculous. We don't get paid to sit waiting on you to be late.

I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience 😊 Mr Dave Miss Dolly Miss Emily and Miss Whitney were awesome and helped me with every question and concern. Definitely happy I went here 😎😎😎

If I had the ability to rate this with 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience. It is supposed to be somewhere that you go to sleep and there was absolutely nothing to help that. The nurse that prepped me for my study was friendly. However, within her 12 hour shift she was only in my room 2-3 times to check on me which maybe standard procedure but do not know. If there was a cleaning person you would never know it. My trash was not taken once in 48;hours. My sheets were not changed once. At night you did not see one staff member. The night staff never checked in on you. The first night after I stayed there I complained about my back and the staff member stated, “You have the bed that goes up.” I asked where the remote was and that I wished I had known that yesterday and her only response was “Sorry.” In addition the only thing that they served was frozen dinners and pop tarts. Not once was I ever asked if I wanted something to drink. I asked for a snack and I got peanut butter crackers and did get that. I just thank God it was only for 48 hours and not the 72 hours that it was supposed to be. I feel that this facility is obviously overlooked and not monitored the way that it should be by The United Hospital Center and that is a shame.

If there was a way to give zero stars, that’s what they would get. My husband had a sleep study done in February and it is now almost July and still no c-pap. They sent the script to the wrong place and never let us know. After he called on June 27, they told him they thought HE would have called to see who was “in network.” So, as of June 27, his old c-pap has quit working it will be at least 7-10 days before he gets his. BTW, they just sent the script today to the correct provider after he called and complained. Never again!

I have had problems with the sleep lab the lady who scheduled my appointment pushed for me to have it for Friday into a Saturday insisting that they had another person who had to have the same exact sleep study I had to have and that the staff would have to work anyway I called an hour before my appointment to make sure of my appointment time and they said yes 9:30 nothing was wrong so I got there the nurse met me at the door and she said I'm sorry but we can't do your sleep study she said they got the names mixed up there were two Elizabeth L butcher's on the list with different birth dates she said I would have to reschedule and goodbye I live in Sutton West Virginia the office was in Clarksburg West Virginia next to Meadowbrook Mall that is a long drive especially when you're used to going to bed at 9 I have a 3 year old that I had to find a babysitter for my husband works in Virginia he had to end up coming home to stay with my child and missing a day of work I even asked the lady when I got to the sleep lab if I could just do the night portion of my test and then do the day portion later but she said no they didn't have the staff to do that I have also had problems with the doctor all the dr. Algabog first off he scheduled me for the wrong office knowing that I was coming in for a sleep test he scheduled me for the Westin office they don't have the equipment to send me home with a sleep test which is the first step so they just did blood work said they've scheduled me with Bridgeport and sent me on my Merry way I was a half hour late getting into my appointment there is no one at the front desk even when I arrived in the Weston office to tell me where I signed in or what to do the other patients in the waiting room told me where to sign in and that she just kind of wait until they come out and get you half hour past my appointment they finally bring out the paperwork for me to fill out I end up having to fill it out in the doctor's office he came in maybe for a few minutes ask me a few questions did some blood work and then told me he had scheduled me for the Bridgeport office that was it then when I went to the Bridgeport office to pick up the home sleep test they told me that it had to be returned within 24 hours or it was $100 a day until it was returned this is in the middle of winter that we had a big ice storm that night and I had to drive from Sutton West Virginia to Bridgeport with my three-year-old on icy roads Naples to say I was a little disappointed in the system that this office has put into place then I go back to dr. Alabog for my next visit I drive all the way from Sutton West Virginia to Weston West Virginia he comes in ask me if I had my sleep test he goes back out of the room 10 minutes later he comes back just to tell me that I will have to have another test and it will take 2 weeks to schedule and he'll see me in a month after I've had my next sleep test well that was a waste of time I had even called a couple days before my appointment to see if I really need to come in or if I was going to have to have another test and they said they couldn't discuss it over the phone so I had to come all the way in for a 2-minute appointment basically then all this with the sleep lab started this is the worst Physician's office slash sleep lab I have ever had the displeasure of working with their system doesn't work they don't communicate and tons of patients in the waiting room actually told me that they were thinking about finding different doctors because of his in capability of finding the problem quickly they had all said they had been there for months and still haven't figured anything out it's been two months since my first appointment and I'm no closer to figuring out my problem either I highly urge you to find a different doctor if you have been referred to this doctor please ask your doctor to refer you to someone else save yourself a lot of time money and energy which if you're having sleep problems you probably don't have a lot of anyway
