I can't get anyone to answer the phone even during business hours. The worst Dr's office I have ever been to!!!

Dr Le and Dr Tran visited me multiple times when I was hospitalized for surgery and during recovery. I was greatly impressed with their bedside manners. They comforted me and encouraged me during my times of need (I was hospitalized twice within a one month period with each hospital stay lasting 8 days). Thanks.

If the “care” here has taught me anything it’s that I don’t matter. No communication after multiple phone calls. I’ve gotten one call back in 2 weeks after multiple labs and imaging. It was from Hatfield’s MA who you cannot ask questions because she’s not licensed to answer them. Worst practice I’ve ever been to in my life and won’t be back.

My mother likes her MD very much, however it is at times difficult to reach anyone by phone and there are no other contact methods such as message to the doctor, or "mychart". Many times I have called after between 830 and 9am to have my call routed to their after hours answering services. Today I called and the message was to call back after 130 if you don't want to leave a message. It is 1050am. I hope they are able to provide additional communication options in the near future. It would certainly help those of us that are overseeing to our parents care.

This place has been amazing. Kailey truly cares. She took the time to listen to me, she validated me, and then she helped me. I will be going here for the foreseeable future.. well, until we get a new duty station that is. The staff is amazing here. I searched for months for a doctor's office, I am so glad I ended up with this one! Update: Still love them so much, but the phones are always ringing busy. I love this place too much for it to make me switch, it's just hard to get through.
