The sleep room wasn’t pleasant, it was very cold and uncomfortable.
Dr Haider and the office staff are wonderful.
The staff was knowledgeable but the sleeping space was dirty. There was a centipede and a roach that was probably trying to find the Cheezit on the other side of the room. There was also several inches of dust on the equipment plugs behind the night stand. The process of being connected to all the wires wasn't too long or cumbersome to get out of even when I had to go to the restroom. I just wish someone would have cleaned the space. I've tried to upload the pics but I can't.
In my experience, the staff and Doctors have been wonderful here. The doctor takes time to answer my questions and the staff remembers me each time I have an appointment. Have been using them for years.
So far my experiences with the front office staff have not been great. Appointment mix ups, no record of scheduled appointments, no one answers the phone or returns calls and a few of them are quite dismissive. I've only encountered one pleasant person and that was over the phone. The sleep study personnel are pleasant.
