Great service and very professional staff. They did an excellent job of explaining how things would proceed. I cent informed and well taken care of.
I got in and out quickly for my at home test. The equipment was thoroughly explained to me, with written instructions for home. Staff was nice. Had an in-patient sleep study done 15 years ago, this is SO much better. Disappointed that it takes about 3 weeks for your doctor to get the results, that's not the fault of the sleep center.
In the end, I would say my experience was "okay", but did not get off to a very good start. I showed up on the day of my appt. to learn "the system" cancelled the appointment, so had to reschedule. Additionally, was not told in advance that I needed to be off my CPAP for at least two nights prior to doing the sleep study, which pushed the rescheduled appt. out that much further due to my travel schedule. When I was able have the scheduled appt. (having not used my CPAP for two nights), I was sent home with equipment that didn't work, so had to come back in and get that straightened out. Finally, was able to complete the home sleep study last night, with operable equipment and now have to wait 3 weeks to get results. This was supposed to be done in August and now it's late October. Ugh!!!
For a visit I was dreading, it turned out to be a very easy study due to the wonderful nurse helping me. She was friendly and professional. She explained each step very plainly and was open to all questions. It ran on time and I was done the next morning before I knew it. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Everything about the study was great.
I had an appt and was taken care of in a timely manor. It was a bit busy with deliveries and whatnot around the lunch hour. Ja,Netta was wonderful! She took care of everyone with patience and grace. I left there fully confident in my abilities to perform the home sleep study accurately. Drop off was quick and easy as well, although you do need to wait for them to be sure they've collected enough data before you leave. I highly recommend this location!
