The sleep study itself was a 5 star experience. The technician that worked with me overnight was kind, attentive and informative about all aspects of the study. She made me feel at ease with the process. The reason I do not give the clinic itself five stars is that, after my sleep study, I was informed that there was much more going on than just the apnea and involved constant body movement even during REM sleep. A written report was given to my doctor but the video of my sleep study was deleted. I was told by the head of the clinic that this is common practice. I don't understand why, in cases like this, my specialist would not need or want to view the video.
