Very caring and understanding to your health
I had seen Dr. Atwell for years .. 2 years ago he found a mass in my upper left lung. He said it was cancer however did nothing!? No biopsy, no PET scan Just sat on it. Did CT scans debated whether every 3 months was it growing?? Which in turn it had and not only grown it spread to lymph nodes. After doing nothing and I’m complaining every month about tired, losing weight 63# and breathing and pain worse I switched pulmonary Doctors. Within 3 weeks I was in surgery..biopsy results small cell lung cancer!! Fasted growing lung cancer stage 3. And spreading it has done. I feel Doctor Atwell did not listen to me or my concerns. He seemed to want to be a “friend “ not a doctor. Find a new pulmonologist before it’s too late and you have no decision to make for yourself.
Dr. Atwell and his staff are amazing. His knowledge and experience is outstanding. He is such a blessing to our community and deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication.
