Bad experience. Said I had COPD when actually had bronchiatasis and bronchitis ,scar tissue and asthma. I thank the Lord I found a real pulmonologist before I got so bad there could be no help. Didn't like the staff either. Also charged humongous fee for wrong diagnosis. Never went back.

Went for some tests on my lungs. Staff won't wear masks but there is a sign on the door that we have to. We have lung diseases, don't need to catch things from staff. Now on to the major part. They sent me to be tested and when I came back for results the doctor faked that he read my tests, said I am fine when I actually have fibrosis and won't make it past 3 years. When I called to complain I was put on hold for a long time then didn't come back to the phone because someone FINALLY looked at my test results and knew they screwed up. Finally when someone answered they asked if they could help me when my call was a complaint that the doctor FAKED reading my test results. I am dying, they left me go months without treatment that could have slowed this down. Please don't use this doctor. His staff backs him up and won't let me talk to him.

I was seen and cured within 2 weeks , where my "asthma. " specialist took 10 months and had not made me well. Dr. Heyder is excellent. He is proficient in diagnostics and getting you better is his goal. Don't waste your time with other doctors come here and get well. I am not a paid writer. I have worked in the medical field for 35 years and now am retired. Dr Heyder is a great dr. 👍

Veterans beware if you are given a Va referral.to this office. Doctor tells patient one thing and office staff does the complete opposite with no follow up or accountability. Pass the buck. My husband visit with doctor himself. Discussion with doctor polar opposite of the front desk and office manager. No regard to helping patients, Veteran or not. Working in the medical field myself there is no excuse for the front office care of disregard for my husband's health. Red flag when physician themselves do not hear concerns of patient or follow up.

My first experience was good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My many questions were answered so that I could understand what I was being told. Dr. Heyder made me feel like I matter. I'm definitely going to continue to use this office.
