Closed with a note to visit another location which was also closed

I went in for a lumbar x-ray, I had to check in, & register in 2 different time consuming ways. Then at registration I’m told that if I wait longer than 15 minutes to let them know & then she (the receptionist) leaves the desk. I was the only one there when I arrived, and then people kept coming & being treated, except for the only black girl to come in during my visit. I try not to think it’s like this, but it certainly is.

It would helped if they answered their phone, I called a few times earlier today and noone would answer. This is their current hours. 3-17-21
