The Dr goes out of his way to let you see your X-ray and thoroughly explains and listens to any questions you might have.

The dr I saw said he could be called dr C was very rude and short and didn’t listen to my concerns! I stated I wanted a 2nd opinion and once that was said he cut the visit short and in notes on MyChart stated I left before we discussed any treatment options! Which was untrue! I left after he stated he would give me a referral to another provider!

My appointment with Dr. C relieved my anxiety about lung concerns that had been found on a CT scan after I had Influenza B. The Dr. explained that it was a cyst and would continue to monitor with a CT in 3 months and follow-up appt. He referred some breathing tests, too, since I have been experimenting shortness of breath.

Trying to get a service changed from one CPAP vendor to another requires a prescription. This office does not return phone calls and have been trying for a week to get this done. Apparently I need to walk in there and ask in person. Dr Gonzalez is great, Dr Akhtar is a condescending jerk that doesn't listen to his patients. but the follow up to get something handled is ridiculous. I can not recommend this office

Their system for refills was down and they didn’t notify patients so after a week of th dr not responding, the refill the pharmacy canceled the request. No explanation from the dr office was given. I was out of medication by that point. The Dr I see there doesn’t listen to anything I say and won’t explain his treatment plan when I have asked.
