I took my son in yesterday at 7pm well we arrived around 653pm. Because I had just got off from work. He had been complaining of an ear ache and his foot pain. The check in person was very pleasant. When the MA came to get my son and I she was very RUDE! She acted like I was interrupting her by coming to have my son examined. My son is 6 years old. She made me and him feel very uncomfortable like we were bugging her because he wasn’t feeling well. This was the lady who has the blonde like copper color hair she is black and very rude even asking me and my son questions I wanted to ask her ARE YOU OK?! I should’ve asked for a different medical assistant but I will not return back to Hudson Cleveland Clinic Express care. I cannot believe she has a job in the healthcare field her attitude was so poorly. I could have done what she didn’t want to do! The nurse practitioner who he saw was very pleasant and professional I feel bad for him having to work with such dark cloud of a person! She didn’t even tell us her name. My son was very uncomfortable with her she was rude and very nasty! She truly needs a reality check if you don’t like your job or don’t want to do your job then leave but don’t make patients suffer because of your bad attitude!
Dissapointment to the medical industry. Expect to get charged close to $500 for a 30 min visit. When I prompted the billing dept for an explanation-breakdown of charges it has been a 2 week process of them sending the same document in different formats. Never explaining why it cost so much. This ridiculous pricing and unsympathetic doctors will make me reconsider receiving medical assistance. This place does not care about you, only your wallet. I do not regularly go to doctors for minor things, and the 1 time I was talked into going, this happens. I guess I will only go now if I'm on my death bed.
I went there today for my daughter to be seen for her appointment stood in line at the check in desk for over 20 mins and the. was told my daughter couldn’t be seen for her appointment. After her next refill appointment i’ll be transferring her care to someone else. i wasted my time and gas drove 55 miles out my way just to be denied to be seen because the front office staff couldn’t call anyone for help! then i called on the phone to get ahold of the office after i walked out. i was on hold for over 30 mins. I do no not recommend this location.
I went in for the 2nd time in 3 days because my cough had become progressively worse. The nurse wouldn't even look at me when checking me in and then said, "What is your goal of even being here again? What do you expect to happen?".. insinuating that I had no business coming back in such a short period time. She was extremely rude the whole time. The NP I had was fine, but also made it seem like he didn't want to help me. I won't be back.
I went to this location because my tattoo had a rash. The service was fast and they got me in the back in no time. Everyone was nice and patient with me. What ruined it for me is after i told the doctor my tattoo wasn't even a week old yet, he still proceeded to touch my tattoo without washing his hands. I don’t appreciate him touching my tattoo without washing his hands. You would think a doctor would wash his hands especially during covid-19. I do appreciate the nurse washing her hands but, the doctor not washing his hands is very unacceptable.
