Wait an hour in the waiting room then another 30 minutes in the room for the doctor. Then does not treat my throat pain. Sore throat has gotten worse and OTC meds is not helping.
Family of five leaves: I have had several big issues with this practice. Over the years they have lost my family’s test results, miswrote prescriptions (seriously), cancelled countless appointments; and somehow each mistake is brushed off or the blame misplaced on my family! They have forgotten to call in a referral for my thyroid ultrasound; I called them, faxed them and went in person to remind them each week. I finally gave up and moved to an IHA practice. Five months later someone found the paperwork and called in the referral. When I explained that I changed doctors she couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t have alerted them. Seriously? My husband is now an IHA patient due to a serious mishandling of his care. When he tried getting clarification on why his prescription was changed without speaking to him they berated him like a child and then cancelled his follow up appointment. I will be sharing our stories with everyone who will take the time to listen.
My husband received a stem cell replacement in March following a massive dose of chemo. Was advised to do follow up appt with his GP regarding blood pressure meds and to begin immunizations at 6 months out per U of M. Gave immunization schedule to office at end of may and they scheduled those appts beginning last week. When he arrived they didn't have ANY of the immunizations prepared for him and now don't know if or when they might get them. They knew for 4 months and did nothing. They basically told him he'd have to figure it out himself and cancelled all of his appointments. We've lost precious time in recovery process because of this. Patient care is not their top priority. DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS PRACTICE EVER!
