I don’t care what time of the day you call you get pushed to the option to leave a message. Where are the people that answer the phones? Why don’t they hire more front desk people. . It’s hit or miss if your call gets returned. There are many other pulmonologist locally. No patient should have to deal with this. Doctors are great but the receptionist, not so much. I’ll be looking for a new doctor today.
Worst doctor ever . Life will never be the same. He messed up in surgery and refuse to treat me. Do not allow him to cut on you
Called at 10:00 AM, 12/17/19, was told to hold, Got Hung-up on ..... Called again!, She told me She couldn't find my appointment, then she told me okay, So you want to reschedule, your appointment, I' told her she just told me she couldn't find my appointment, Again!!! she put Me on hold, & a receptionist got on the phone and said hello... this is Christian , how may 'I help you, I' told her I' was just speaking to Someone, about rescheduling my appointment, so.Christian , then tells me to Hold...Does this Doctor, know how his receptionist Goof Off, probably text messaging their friends & putting everybody on hold, adolescence belongs out on the playground. How many appointments does this Doctor miss out on ..... Is not this bad for Business.....😒👎
Horrible office staff! Never return calls, complaints to doctor about office staff are ignored. I was referred to them for sleep study and three months later I still do not have a cpap that I was told I urgently needed. Left several messages on voice mail and no return phone call. Unreal!
