If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband is a patient and the PA he sees is amazing but the “support” staff is lazy and incompetent. Never in my life have I had people be so idiotic and unhelpful. Whoever works with referrals needs serious training, instead she decides she doesn’t need to do anything and just lets the patients figure it out for themselves. As someone who is not only in the insurance industry, but also sees multiple specialist herself, I have NEVER had someone be so unhelpful and, frankly, idiotic.

The doctor’s are nice and listen to what you have to say. Sleep study was well done for my son and I. Place is clean.

I’m sorry to hear that others had so many problems with his practice. I too struggle with the sleep lab. Some are not very compassionate and often I had to yell out to them more than once to come for help and it may take a while before they come. I have never had any problems with the doctors and rarely with any of the receptionist. I see Casey Sullivan and she is amazing. She takes care of my knees, even once that are not hers to do.

I went in for a sleep study because I had sleep apnea and profound RLS (restless leg syndrome ). Electrodes are attached all over including my legs to take readings. As usual I tossed and turned and tossed and turned legs flailing , the misery I'd endured my whole life. The tech kept chastising me for not laying still and going to sleep. ?!?!?!?!?!? THAT'S WHY I WAS THERE I can't lay still and sleep. At one point she said ' don't you have any medicine you can take for sleep? Why no that's why I'm here lady.! I left after 3 hours of being scolded for being restless. Went to another Doctor got gabapentin for RLS, then did sleep study and everything went smoothly. So always remember you can get another Doctor. Don't settle for incompetent staff and doctor.

Just called to try to reschedule an appointment they scheduled and then last minute cancelled for my boyfriend and the lady wouldn’t let me reschedule because I’m not listed on his chart (we are getting that fixed). confidentiality is understandable she is just doing her job but professionalism is lacking because instead of calmly stating this she chose to scream it at me over the phone like a 5 year old. After screaming at me I said okay I will have him call thank you multiple times while she still tried interrupting me still screaming.
