Their sick call for active duty is terrible. I was there for 4 hours today. 30 minutes of those 4 hours were waiting for the quarters they said I needed. When I get my paperwork back I have no quarters. You’re better off just using your leave if you get sick because this place is trash.

Absolutely not busy at all, and its taken 3.5 hours to get seen and we still are here waiting to know whats going on with our baby. Terrible Communication, Service, Etc. Definitely going to do civilian from now on.

What a shame!!!! The lack of urgency and attentiveness for military and their families is absolutely ridiculous. Tonight I waited over two hours without being seen. My daughter was in pain screaming and no one bat an eye. Unfortunately the ER was the closest to me, so opted to go here. Next time I will take advantage of having tricare select and go elsewhere.

My neighbor needed me to take him to Wilford Hall. He is 88 years old and was in need of the ER. I had never been to Wilford Hall, but he always talked so highly of the medical service he received. I was very impressed by the level of care he received. I was with him for 6 hours until it was determined he would be admitted to BAMC. At that point, I left the care facility. The entire time I was there, they checked on him. Very attentive to his needs. They gave him the best care. His nurse Thomas and Thompson did and outstanding job. May the Lord continue to bless all the great medical staff at Wilford Hall

Excellent medical services. Great experiences from 59th Medical Wing and l staff. Superb professionalism, keep up the good work, Would like to say thank you to All Nurses, Doctors, and all Staff . Greatly appreciate all staff taking good care and great heart. The doctors here are very dedicated and well trained. It’s glad to be treated here. The hospital has a wide spectrum which is on par with the other overseas As you know every hospital is super crowded. However, there is an orderly manner within the hordes of people signages, and staff is there to help. You need to ask. My advice is don't go unless you really need to. Give the staff and frontline a break. Great job, I can't thank all staff enough for love and care I am very impressed with the level of professionalism, care, and competency of the Doctors and Nurses at Wilford Hall and 59th Medical Wing special thank you take care of all Military and Veterans and family.!!!
