I also have been trying for 2 weeks To speak to someone in Fernando Maglaya's office to send my provider a prescription for my CPAP equipment. Have left many messages. I don't like this at it is irresponsible behavior when it comes to a person's health.

BEWARE THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE! SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 5 MONTHS AGO AND WHEN I CALLED WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS COMING UP THEY SAID UNFORTUNATELY YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED! HUH!!!! I DONT HAVE ANY RECORD ON MY END OF ANY CANCELLATION! NO MESSAGES AND NOTHING ON MYCHART! BIGGEST LIARS ON THE PLANET AND NO INTERGRITY! HOW DO YOU CANCEL SOMEONES APPOINTMENT AFTER THEY WERE WAITING MONTHS AND THEN ASK THEM IF THEY WANT TO RESCHEDULE 7 MONTHS LATER???? THIS PLACE SHOWS NO RESPECT TOWARDS THOSE IN NEED! NEVER COME HERE!!!

This place is trying my patience. I have been trying to get into contact with someone for weeks to schedule an appointment after my doctor sent in a referral. I have just sat on hold for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to answer the line. I called the appointment line and I was greeted with a message that stated that the servicer was away on business. This is absolutely baffling to me and I am truly concerned about the type of experience I will have when I /do/ finally get to schedule an appointment

I came to the clinic 2016. I have been on CPAP since 2009. I have been very pleased with the staff and quality of care I have received. The staff is always personable but professional.

.i was sent for a sleep study test .After test was done the docter reported I needed the cpap.machine.Since then I have lost wages,became homeless.Now the office says I have to be dismissed because I called and begged the docter secretary to ask Dr Jodi to work out some kinda schedule to help me make enuff money to pay for somewhere to live. My appointment is in Decenber 2019 only way to get back on my work schedule.And the office has dismissed me after being the reason for losing everything. No compassion for Human Being ,No professional resolution on how they can help situations that patients are forced into.Violation of patients right confidentiality.The team enjoys taking one through the process of everything that goes along with sleep apnea, with a smirk on their face. The only real people in this establishment is the 2 women at the front desk and now I see why; their professionalism invites you to the life changing ,heartless,ones that you thought you could trust.
