What a great office! Very professional and friendly. The staff is amazing. Dr. Willoughby was thorough in describing the sleep testing process, answered my questions, and took the time to listen. I'm very happy with my experience and know I'll finally get the answers I need about my health.
The staff has always been very pleasant and attentive of my needs, setting up appointments and getting refills. Dr Hughes takes time to talk with you and makes sure he understands what your needs are and does his best to fix your pulmonary problem. I am so thankful for Dr Hughes. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing pulmonary issues, and I have ! Diane, Taylor, and Heather, you’re the best!
Very polite and professional staff who know their job. They are pleasant and are nice to work with. I would definitely use this facility again. The only problem I had was finding the building in the dark! They need more lights shining on the outside sign and door so you can see name of building. It’s hard to find something on Kelly road with minimal street lights and no lights on the sign with the name of the building sign.
I have not yet been seen in this practice, but reaching them is impossible. The recording requests pressing an extension according to the area you want to reach. Good so far. However, pressing any of these options does not connect you and you are disconnected at the end of the call. After several tries, I punched in the correct extension as soon as the recording began and reached the correct party. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. What is the deal with their answering system?
What a joke. They'll call you, not leave a message, then when you try to call back, you go through an automated phone tree than won't connect you to a person, and leaves you on hold forever. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare, and it really seems like their patient load is just too big for the staff to handle. If that is the case, HIRE MORE STAFF. We are coming to you already frustrated because we cannot get a good night's sleep, and jumping through hoops for this location just makes things ten times worse. Let's hope the Shelby location can do better.
