DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I cannot even give this office a one star! I use to see Dr. Streff who was awesome. He retired and I had to start as a new patient because “They couldn’t find my records” they told me to contact my previous sleep specialist before Dr. Streff for records despite already being established with them. They eventually made me an appointment (after several calls) to see a new female doctor (new to me AND new to their office) Dr. Husain. The day of my appointment I went into the room, she asked for my name and said “ooh that’s you?” She asked what medication I was taking, I told her and she said “well we don’t prescribe that here” I told her I’ve been on the same medication for several years and prescribed by Dr. Streff. She said “Well he’s retired now and I’ve been a specialist longer than him” she then began to say “I don’t know who prescribed you that med, you don’t even need it”. I couldn’t believe what she was telling me, I couldn’t stop crying, I’m so worried for my sleep condition and driving without my medication. No one had answers, the office manager was nowhere to be found, the receptionist told me to go see my PCP, the only one with kindness was the medical assistant who weighed me and took my vitals yesterday 9/22/25 was my appointment. The receptionist said that the office manager will reach out to me yesterday. STILL no one reached out!

Zero follow up. I had to call for all follow ups the office said they would do. A 2 week follow up they said they would call. I called a month later, seems I again slipped through the cracks. They asked me to come the next day to pick up a device. I was 10 minutes earlier then requested the and the staff has left by 4:20 pm. I was told no one could help me on the Heart side of the office as all of the Lung side had left for the day. I do not feel comfortable receiving care here.

Definitely they do not care i complained about my experience trying to get a sleep study done and all she addresses is me waiting not the fact that. I said the lady tech smelled like alcohol or the room was not clean.

I will not be back to this office. I have tried multiple times but they just can't seem to get it right. The office staff appears to waste a lot of time. They overbook appointments. Prepare to wait at this clinic. Bring a book. The older doctor is definitely a little on the creepy side. Strange vibes from him. Given a choice, make sure you request the younger doctor. They have a sign at the front desk saying if you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. However they have no qualms about making you wait for an extended period of time. I arrived 15 minutes early, then sat for another 30 minutes before I went back up to the desk. Referencing their 15 minute late policy, I told him I was leaving because they were late. Won't go back. Try Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Consultants in Clarkston. People are friendly, doctors are timely and professional.

Practice manager Debra is fantastic to work with! We appreciate that she always makes the effort to go the extra mile. In an overwhelmingly busy world, kindness and courtesy are all too often lost in the hectic shuffle, so we appreciate her hard work and cheerful disposition, even in the midst of the chaos of running a successful office.
