The friendliest doctor's office I've ever been to, I highly recommend Everyone to come to Mid michigan Sleep and Asthma if you having issues with sleeping/ children with issues with asthma , There all very polite and they take pride in what they do to make sure you get the help you need.

Gave me awful directions to get there, which was a frustration. Then the front desk person couldn’t answer if they took my insurance, though previously someone had told me they did take HAP Medicare Connect. “I know we take HAP,” which I told her isn’t the same thing, so then I was told that I’d have to call their billing manager. No, you take care of these things before wasting someone’s time with an appointment. The front desk person called the billing manager and had me wait. Eventually, she called me back up and said that the billing manager would have to make a phone call. I waited a while and then ended up walking out. They are disorganized. Also, they need to offer patients a way to fill out paperwork before they come. The visit was a frustrating hassle and waste of my time.

Your Extremely Rude Receptionist needs to be fired! RUDE on the phone & worse in person. She doesn't give proper information on how to get there eaither. Tell her rolling her eyes will set the wrong person off ! The office Mgr refused to do anything but defend the nasty rude heffer at the front desk. Plenty other sleep centers around to not have to tolerate this unacceptable behavior 😤

This facility was incredible with my 7 year old daughter who struggles with snoring and waking up tired and groggy all the time! My daughter had a friend that inadvertently gave her some anxiety about how much it hurt to remove the cords in the morning after the sleep test. From the moment we went in with the Dr for the consult, my daughter was instantly put at ease. These folks know how to talk to kids. 💜 and then when we went in for the test, our technician, Tiffany, helped my daughter feel comfortable and understand what she was doing the whole time. In the morning, the removal of the cords was seamless and painless with the help of Tiffany’s “magic wipes”. My daughter was sent with a gift bag of goodies for doing so well and Tiffany tailored it to fit my Daughters likes and interests. She loved it! Cannot thank you enough! We both slept great and my daughter said she would happily go back again. 💜👍 I can’t give more than 5 stars but if I could I would. Tiffany is the definition of excellent customer service and made the experience so easy. Thank you!!!!! 💜

I came here twice for my son (2year old). navigating a night with a toddler who is hooked up to so many wires can be tough but Michelle made it easy on us. She was so kind and patient, he actually sat pretty well for her as she adjusted all the wires. He slept well and it was a comfortable night. We woke up in the morning to a nice little prize bag (some snacks and a little ball) and she wiped off all the tape so it didn’t hurt him. Overall it was a good experience and a Nice little room too, felt like a night at a hotel!
