I had been going to UofM for my lung issues. Wanting to get my docs closer to home i tried Genesee Lung Associates. One visit and I feel like a new person! Dr B was great. Listened as i went on and on and…. Highly recommend!
We have had amazing experiences here with Dr's. Randi- MA has been exceptional assisting in my mothers care. We have had absolutely no issues getting in and being seen. We were able to get an appointment quickly after my mom was discharged from the hospital. Mandy has been accomadating and so very helpful coming up with a perfect appointment time that would work for mine and my moms schedule. She is patient and has been great. I also have had a great experience with the checkout girl and she just has a great personality.
The office overall is wonderful! Dr Bayasi is very pleasant and thorough. The scheduler Mandy was able to get me in quickly for a concerning issue. All of the MA’s are very professional and nice. I have not had an unpleasant experience with anyone except one individual in the office, who is a receptionist. Even when I went for being set up for a sleep study all of the girls were helpful and went above and beyond. However Mandy went over and beyond to be sure I was scheduled, seen and taken care of. In my opinion the practice has a wonderful scheduler and clinical staff. The dark haired receptionist that sits in the middle should probably take some lessons from the other girls in the office on how to properly treat patients. I will continue to go back to Dr Bayasi as his staff makes sure the patients come first!
Gina is amazing! She’s so friendly and really takes the time to make everyone feel important and cared for. Dr. Mohummud Al-Ali is just as great—super caring, easy to talk to, and really listens to what you have to say. They make a great team and always make my visits comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!
The girl at the front desk whose name is Meghan is extremely rude. I came in for my appointment and she barely let me get a hello in before she snapped to sign in and she will be with me. The young lady next to her asked my name than all of a sudden Meghan had time to check me in. She was short and cold. If I ran this office I would be disappointed if that was the first face my patients seen.
