Dr. Dipan H. Oza goes the EXXXXXXTRA mile for sure. He makes you feel you are way more than the 15 min per patient most practices allow! He is very caring and studies your chart before you arrive so he knows what is going on with you, physically and mentally!!! He goes over all aspects of what is or what could be causing your issue. I have emphysema. Have had pneumonia multiple times, and have lung cancer. I was referred to this practice for care. After the original meeting with the doctor, I called into the office because I was having difficulty breathing. The doctor didn’t even offer to see me. They said there was nothing they could do. That I needed to go to the hospital and Good Luck. I went to my oncologist who treated the issue successfully without me having to go to the hospital. Needless to say, I didn’t like this doctor, so I requested a new doctor within the practice. After not hearing anything for weeks, I called to find out what was happening. The first person I talked to said no new doctor had been assigned yet. Then, I talked to the office manager who said since I’d complained, no doctor within the practice was willing to handle my case. My oncologist put in a referral for a specific doctor in the practice. Several more weeks passed and we heard nothing. Finally the oncologist office called to find out what was happening. They said they didn’t allow people to change doctors within the practice. If that’s true, why was I never notified. This is a very real case of patient abandonment.

We highly recommend "Dr. Chow". He went above and beyond. He pushed for heart doctor to do more test because he believed it was heart related not lungs. He even called us with results himself. He takes his time explaining things to you.

Xian Qiao, M.D "Dr. Chow" is wonderful. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes his time with you. He calls you with results himself. I highly recommend him.

My pulmonologist lied to my face when asked about side effects of a new medicine. And then, to top it off, they didn't even refill my inhalers, which I specifically asked for. She also had never heard of the side effects of my current one, which even a simple google search reveals and is a main side effect. Please, please, please! Go SOMEWHERE ELSE.
