Dr Juan Pablo Gómez takes the time to explain and answer questions. The wait in the office is sometimes lengthy, but I have never had an issue with the office staff. They have been great.
Made an appointment one month in advance for 11:00 am. For my 81 year old parent. Waited for 1.5 hours (12:30) while other people with later appointments went in a head of us. They know how to make an appointments, but don't know how to keep them. We left at 12:45.
Very pleased with the service provided to me by these providers Dr. Gómez and P.A Valdés. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained very throughly the coarse of treatment and diagnostic tests needed to treat my post COVID symptoms. Highly recommend these providers, I would definitely trust them treating my family in the future if need being.
Dr. Juan Calero I dont recommend him at all!!! I need a doctor for my husband that is really committed to his profession. He is always cancelling the appointments and then his staff wants to schedule a new one weeks later! Really bad service! He hasnt seen my husband for almost a year!!! And I see him getting worst! I need a doctor who really loves his patients! 0 stars for him! And i been with him for his appointments and he wont say much! Always rushing!! Those people who cheer for him they are probably related to him! People do reaserch on better doctors!. I am doing mine right now!
Dr. Gomez is a nice person and seems like a good doctor, but this is a 1 star review for the following reasons: A. the wait. It is horrible. My time is just as valuable as yours. I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor every time I come in. B. I'm not sure how much they actually care about my health. I say this because my initial consultation was in December. I had a sleep study a few weeks later in January. I had a follow up a few weeks after that. I had a second sleep study with a c-pap a few weeks later. Then I had a follow up meeting today (again a few weeks later) to tell me they were going to order the c-pap for me. Of course, I am expected to get it in a few week, which will be March. IF YOU REALLY CARED ABOUT MY HEALTH, YOU WOULD HAVE PRESCRIBED THIS TO ME IMMEDIATELY. Instead, I will have waited 3 months since my initial visit to get the device even though it was determined I needed one in January. C. This operation feels like a complete sham, because every time I come in, I pay my co-pay and they bill my insurance company, even if it is to tell me they are ordering the machine. Plus, I wait 45 minutes for a 30 second visit from the P.A. Then they want me to come in every month or so to see if I am using it! I will pay my co-pay again so they can send in the paperwork. This seems like this is really pushing the boundaries of scamming the system.
