The Children's Hospital of Philadephia King of Prussia

We took my daughter in last night with breathing issues due to a URI and were immediately greeted and triaged within 3 minutes of walking in the door. Back in a room and seeing an NP within 10 minutes and treated and diagnosed within a half hour. Every employee especially our nurse Alexis was caring, attentive, and thorough with our 18 month old. We were in around 845 and out by 12am. Absolutely perfect experience for a not so great situation and our daughter’s first ER visit.

Everyone here treated my son and I with compassion. I can’t thank everyone enough from the front desk, check-in, to the assistants and physician. You all are wonderful and hold the bar high for patient care. Thank you ❤️

My 5-year-old was dragged through urgent care and then the ER even though we already had an X-ray, diagnosis, and clear direction to see ortho. The scheduling team was unhelpful and dismissive, and it felt like all they cared about was entering their billing codes — not actually listening or coordinating care. We were completely dismissed, as if what we brought and explained didn’t matter. It was an exhausting and disheartening experience for us and our child.

CHOP KING OF PRUSSIA IS SPECTACULAR! They have such pleasant personalities, everyone is so kind. My son was admitted, and Shawn, the food server, was soo helpful. He would go out of his way to accommodate our needs. The staff also were very accommodating. This is a great hospital. Don't change! Your all great!

The security and staff were super friendly and helpful. The wait time for the emergency room wasn’t too long, and the nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and caring. This was our first visit— and I say this with peace and love—hopefully our last, but if not, I know we’ll be in good hands.
