I just spoke to an absolutely lovely lady. Iam not their patient but I had a few questions and she was able to answer all of them. She was very friendly, wasn't rushing to me get off the phone and VERY, VERY helpful and explained a few things too. I wish I'd written down her name! Ma'am, if you see this, I'm the one who asked you about Dr Helfrich. 😊 Medical places need more staff like her. Thank u!
