I had surgery on Christmas Eve morning. Every person I met was amazing! I wish I could remember everyone's name! Thank you for helping save my life!
My boyfriend was referred here for shoulder surgery a few months ago. I was nervous after looking at the reviews, but our experience was absolutely amazing. Dr. Stoll was all business but so nice—even to the family, not just the patient. “Everyone has been so nice here even the anesthesia lady made a joke to make me feel better” —my bf The care nurse—Miranda—was so nice, asking us what we wanted and giving us instructions. Recovery was difficult, but they made it so much smoother with clear and consistent communication once we got home. Now, just three months later, he is able to move better than he ever thought he could. Thank you! Great hospital experience for us.
Their blatant disregard for their own blood work nearly killed my daughter and she spent 4 days in intensive care, 2 of which were on a ventilator keeping her alive as a result. Thankfully as hard as they tried they couldn't kill her and she fought through!!!!!! Definitely contacting the mn board of medical practice and any lawyer that will listen.
My husband was recently admitted to the hospital via the emergency room. He was treated with great care by the doctors and nurses. He was never left in the room alone there was a nurse always there . I was a little nervous since reading some of the other bad reviews, but they were all wrong. I would highly recommend this hospital for your care.
I went into the ED for severe pain and swelling on my left side of my face due to a root that needs extraction. I am working on trying to come up with funds to pay an oral surgeon, but I don’t have 1200.00 in the back of my pocket. The pain med that my dentist prescribed isn’t working and the swelling is bad so the pressure of that alone was painful. The lady who took my vitals made it very clear that they can’t do surgery in the ED. Should have been my first sign I was in the wrong place. The ED was busy so it took a while to be seen. They finally got me back. The doctor comes back and asks me what’s going on and after I explain, the doctor literally said there is nothing they can do. They don’t prescribe pain meds anyway for dental problems and that was that. They were done. I was literally treated like I was an only wanting pain meds like I was an addict. I will say, I’d rather go through giving birth before this pain. Shame on you them for not even doing an exam. They did NOTHING. Meanwhile, I’m having difficulty swallowing and my left side, especially towards the jaw is completely swollen. I knew they wouldn’t do surgery but I’d thought they would at least feel the area and look to make sure my passage war wasn’t getting swelled, cause that will happen as the one oral surgeon told me it could and I’d need to go to ED. I am by far not a person seeking narcotics. You have my records in your system. You can see all the meds prescribed past and present. Shame on you for not even doing an exam.
