Went in needing the urgent care. Found out the urgent care was not open yet. They squeezed us in in the clinic( Lakeville). Great care and very professional. Was in and out really quick. Highly recommend.
I’ve only had positive visits at Northfield Clinics. I’ve found the entire staff, from check in, to nurses, to docs and lab techs to be friendly, understanding and helpful. They all seem to appreciate me and my business. It is also a plus that my wait time has always been minimal.
Dr. Wood as pediatrician for our kid, and doctor Randall as my primary care physician are excellent. Overall service, response times and everything very reflective of the Northfield system. Definitely better to be at the Urgent Care here than any of those other chains where it takes hours and hours with no proper indication of how long it could take.
Had an appointment with Dr. Randall as a new patient of this clinic and everyone from the front desk to the lab was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Randall was also so friendly and made the appointment easy and stress-free. He seems like he really cares about his patients and never made the visit feel rushed or uncomfortable. I would definitely make future appointments with him/consider him as a primary if you're in search for a new one!
I am very happy with my care at Lakeville clinic. The lab is very efficient. When I call with a question, someone usually calls back in 1-2 hours. When I’m seen by Sarah Lybarger, she spends adequate time with me and is very thorough. She is also very knowledgeable and friendly. The nursing staff are all very helpful . I totally would recommend this clinic, they are very patient centered.
