I was trying to get an appointment for my parents, and because I struggled a bit with finding the right time, the receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I tried calling back. Her impatience really stressed me out. I can't imagine sending my parents to a location where they could be met with such horrible attitude. I don't know about the clinical staff and I guess I never will.
No issues, I'm very satisfied with some breathing progress. Most of the staff are dedicated with positive personality, big hearts!
Dr. Khanijo is wonderful, the staff not so much.
