My sleep study started with a written letter noting the date of my appointment. To get a call two weeks before to confirm appointment the next day. Letter had wrong date. Now told I have a telephone call today to only be told I had no appointment schedule and it was because I was given another patients paperwork this is so wrong in so many ways.
i have been trying to get a follow up phone appointment for my sleep study, been 2 months, they keep canceling, now another month. For inspire. frustrated.
I spoke with registration before my test. They told me they checked my insurance and I only had a $65 co pay which I paid at that time. Three months later I receive a bill for over $800 because they didn’t verify my insurance properly. Because the employees are not trained to do this. This is a scam. The total bill was over $900 for a test I DID MYSELF at home.
Staff was friendly. Room was much nicer then I expected. Better experience then the last place I had a study in.
Bed very uncomfortable. Very firm but had a soft pillow topper on it. The tech I had was very cold in demeanor. She acted annoyed when I woke up and she needed to fix my cords because they had fallen off which happened in my sleep so I obviously didn’t intentionally do it. Sleeping with all the equipment on is difficult and they should be more considerate about that. Instead she acted annoyed the entire time. Which adds to a persons discomfort. Building was clean and sanitized-bathrooms also clean. Didn’t have any contact with other patients which was a plus. So it was very private.
