Water came out of the light fixtures in the conference room. A satellite dish fell off the roof onto the sidewalk. They overbooked and couldn’t accommodate everyone over a weekend. The gym REEKS of mildew and the exercise machines are almost all broken and apparently have been for some time. They’ll fix it “eventually.” They want $15 for a buffet that is basically scrambled eggs and reheated tater tots. The coffee was cold at 7:30 am one morning. The front desk staff can be impossible to find at times. The desk chairs in the hotel rooms don’t lock so you have to lean ALL the way back or sit ramrod straight. One of the dresser draws didn’t open/close properly. They really don’t do much right.
