I previously communicated with the physician via my chart app messaging, requesting the some blood work I was curious about. In response, she advised an in-person consultation must be done prior to proceeding. Consequently, I scheduled an appointment and attended accordingly. Upon arrival, I was received by the attending nurse who facilitated my preparation by providing a gown for examination. Dr Kilari entered the room and initiated a discussion regarding my medical history, including inquiries about previous tests related to sleep apnea in which we talked about briefly. During the consultation, I expressed my desire for the blood work exams I had asked before, citing my forthcoming milestone of turning 40 and the importance of monitoring my overall health. Despite my assurance of possessing insurance coverage and emphasizing the preventive nature of the tests, the physician reiterated the necessity for me to articulate a specific rationale for the requested blood work. In response, I reiterated my request, stating, "Doctor, I don't know any other reason other than: the patient wishes to monitor his levels." Dr Kilari visibly upset declined to proceed further, instructing me to seek an alternate primary care provider and concluding the consultation abruptly. Respectfully complying with her decision, I departed from the premises. Subsequently, the receptionist expressed astonishment at the situation and conveyed that her supervisor, Pam Doonan, would reach out to me upon her return, as she was absent due to illness. The incident has left me profoundly dismayed and embarrassed. Being asked to leave a medical facility for requesting routine blood work (CBC, metabolic panel, testosterone and a few other I cant recall by heart)seems incomprehensible and has left me questioning the standards of patient care and communication by Dr Kilari. Upon reviewing the MyChart app at home, I discovered discrepancies within Dr. Kilari's documentation of our interaction. It appears that inaccuracies were noted, there were instances where information was documented that did not align with the actual events of our encounter. Also, there were references made suggesting I was utilizing my iPad upon her entry into the room. It's important to clarify that my engagement with electronic devices while awaiting medical consultation is customary and in no way intended as disrespectful or inappropriate. It is perplexing as to why such details were included in the medical records, as they do not accurately reflect or have any relations to my medical health in the circumstances of the visit.

I saw Neurologist Mirret El-Hagrassy at this location and she is fantastic. She has a kind presence and an incredible attention to detail when listening to me describe my concerns and when gathering information. Going to any doctor is scary and seeing someone about my brain was terrifying, but she has made me feel comfortable and more importantly confident in her care. Thank you Doctor El-Hagrassy. I appreciate you.❤️

This clinic is the worst health care facility I have ever seen in Massachusetts. I was recently there for our family travel appointment w/ZOON Wyong. The weather was severely bad and had left them the voice mail about arriving late. We were still in time frame for 2 kids. The front staffs by looking at our Asian American face was yelling “canceled, late”. I feel very uncomfortable and scary about their behaviors. I requested politely that we travel for 3 hours- please at least see our kids. They started to laugh at us. Very unprofessional, rude, racial, which is against the health care ethics. I want the particular department to investigate this issue. -10000 rating for this health care facility.

Had a terrible experience. I was about 8 minutes late and while I've never been late I have always waited 20 minutes to see the Dr, once quite a lot longer. Well it turns out they have a 10 minute cut off. So while the office staff can SEE me in the lobby, reading all the posted instructions so I know what to do to see my Dr. I dig out my phone and call. Finally it's answered and the woman informs me of the 10 minute policy even though she knows I was standing there for 5 minutes. She tells me she'll check if the Dr will see me. She puts me on hold and proceeds to have a conversation with someone in the office. Eventually she goes and checks ( she could have used the phone so this makes no sense) and comes back to inform me that the Dr left for lunch already. It was such a poor standard of care. Such shabby treatment of a patient. I would never go back. This was sick behavior .
