Been waiting months for my son to get an appointment. We finally got a zoom appointment after months of waiting, and got the okay to schedule a sleep study. Did so just for them to call me twice within a WEEK for them to reschedule. TWICE. And now my son has to wait another 3+ months to go be seen. Unacceptable. Haven’t even been to this place yet and I am beyond angry and frustrated that my son gets to suffer even longer because people can’t schedule correctly, who knows maybe the Dr decided they need a vacation.
