We have been trying to call to cancel an appointment we have a funeral to attend to and they don't answer . They just want to make money by saying they didn't show up to the appointment when in reality they don't answer.
This is my second appt a follow up first and second appointment I have showed up 20 minutes before to fill out paperwork (just the first time) and both appointments I have waited more than 30 minutes past the appointment time. This appointment was at 11 it is now 1129.
Definitely don’t know the difference between cancellation and no-show after I canceled an appointment I was charged a no-show fee after cancellation was confirmed. When you call the number given, they have two offices that it gets filtered through some messages ain’t kept in an orderly fashion and they try charging you for their breakdown in communication.
