I had a terrible experience during my sleep study. The room was way too hot. The building itself is nice and cool, but the room I slept in had very poor air flow. I was not able to sleep well at all. It’s been two weeks since my sleep study and I have sores that hurt on my head from the electrodes. I won’t be returning. I gave two stars because even though I had a bad experience, I can say that the staff and nurse practitioner are very nice and professional.

Highly unprofessional location. Booked a sleep study and since I would have to pay mostly out of pocket, I asked how much it would cost. The staff would not tell me because they said it would depend on my insurance. I clarified over and over that I mean how much does it cost TOTAL, not how much my insurance would charge me and the receptionist on the phone just would not tell me and even kinda mocked me a little for asking. So I did my sleep study and the ones who helped me with the device were very nice and helpful. I then had my meeting with a doctor (or Nurse practitioner? Not sure of her title) and she was very nice and thorough and explained I have mild Sleep Apnea and she recommended I try a CPAP or mouth guard. I opted for a CPAP and she told me I would receive a call to get a loaner machine. A few months later and never received the call. I called a couple of times to get an update and remind them and each time it was "We will call you back," and they kept interrupting me as well. After about 3 months, I called again and they finally gave me a loaner for a week but I could not sleep with it because the mask would wake me up and the pressure would dip. They said they would get back to me. Take a guess if they ever did. So I paid hundreds of dollars and wasted my time driving all the way to the East side and I dont even know what pressure I would need if I procured my own CPAP....which is mostly why I went. Oh, and I found out I had a balance from my video conference with the Dr/NP about my results which was never even billed to me either. So I could have had this balance the entire time and not even known unless I had seen it on my health insurance profile where they billed the insurance company. Horrible. Dont waste your time.

If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would definitely do so. To begin, the ladies that work the front office always have voicemail on even though they’re there capable enough of picking up. No one from the office ever follows up to check on patients. When I first received my device back in 2021, it was recalled within 4 months due to possible carcinogens. Dr. Belgrave recommended I continue using the recalled machine even though the manufacturer clearly told me not to use it. For 2 years, Dr. Belgrave and her staff never bothered to check on me as a patient or give me status of some kind on the pending device. Last fall, I finally received a replacement and I have been using it since. Two weeks ago, I ordered a replacement face mask because the initial mask I received is old and worn. Dr. Belgrave refused to sign my insurance authorization form because I need to schedule an appointment with her. Keep in mind, that Dr. Belgrave hasn’t spoken to me since 2021 and hasn’t returned any phone calls. Today, I spent the morning calling and kept getting voicemails, so I decided to drive out. I walk into the office and 2 ladies are sitting in the front office with zero patients. When I tell them the situation, they tell me the earliest she can see me is mid May. I ask to speak to the office manager and she was of no help. I walked out and will never return. Dr. Belgrave and her staff do not care about the health of their patients and only care about money. She could’ve signed the form without seeing me, but then she doesn’t get paid. My first refill request, and they refused to help me……. Thank you office staff for refusing to help me today!

Did not complete a sleep study here. I brought my sleep study documentation from the VA and the NP was able to read them, give me my results and submit a request to the VA for the equipment. NP took the time to explain sleep apnea, my results and helped me understand the equipment. I received a phone call as a reminder for the appointment the day before and to confirm that I was scheduled for a sleep study. The VA scheduled me for a sleep study when I had already received a sleep study. I explained to the lady at the front the situation and she said that they would see me if I could get my sleep study results. I traveled to the VA sleep center and then to the Main VA and was finally able to get my documentation. I showed up late to my appointment. I explained to the lady up front that I had missed my appointment but that I had the documentation. The front office was willing to work with me and I was in and out of the place in less than 2 hours. I was courteous to the lady and she was extremely courteous back to me. I also experienced the front lady going above and beyond getting a patient data from his machine. She explained the situation several times and was extremely patient with them. I had a good experience at this place.

I understand Dr. attend school to do a job of specialty. But when money over steps customer service, then may be these practitioners should not be providing a service only for money. Went to this location 3 separate dates. First time my fiancé took the machine home to conduct the test. The machine blinked all night. The hose was kinked as well. Second time out there Dr. wanted him to stay over night and pay an additional $700. Third time, we picked up the result Dr still tried to convince him to pay more money to give him a test that was already invalid. Customer service was horrible. A two hour wait their first time. Not happy them or Concentrate Medical Center. These two businesses are in it for the money$$$$😡
