Just like all the other reviews it is nearly impossible to talk to someone. On the off chance someone answers they don’t let you get two words in before transferring you immediately to someone else. It’s horrible and prevents patients from getting necessary help.

Omg! This is the worst place went in for a sleep study and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was like a motel 6. Left without my sleep study. Will find somewhere else to go. It was disgusting!

My initial consultation was rescheduled 3 times, but I was finally able to see a provider. I had my sleep study performed a few weeks later, the staff was great during the procedure. Now it has been over a month since the sleep study and I have tried calling just about every day to schedule a follow up to get my results with no luck at contacting anyone. I have left several voicemails that have not been returned and I am unsure what to do to get my results.

My daughter needs help, but unfortunately I cannot move forward without a sleep study. I have been trying to schedule it for 8 days now. I call at all different times of the day and yet no one ever answers the phone. I have left 4 voicemails. Your system states those should be returned within 24 hours. I haven't received any phone calls.

My experience here was awesome. It was worth waiting a number of months to get in. The staff didn't judge me or give me a hard time for being part of a methadone program. They were kind and courteous. The lady who ran my study was gentle when applying the wires. She patiently explained each one. The whole place was super clean. I will also add that the room was fat friendly. Even the chairs were big enough for all body types. This place also seems transgender friendly. No one was rude to me about my beard even though all I provided was my birth name. I am grateful for the help. Thanks again.
