My Mom is a Patient of Dr. Annika Kostrubala. Great appointment! Very trusting, understanding and knowledgeable. We feel comfortable and we know she has my Mom’s best medical interest. We would definitely recommend her and her staff.
Dr. Morton McCarthy is always friendly, and it is easy to get a followup appointment. No long wait. Very courteous.
I went to the Harmony Pulmonology Clinic seeking help for years of severe insomnia. I met with Dr. Lassiter who gave me advice about setting up a sleep schedule which was very helpful. She also ordered an at home sleep study. I had a miserable night and was unable to sleep so I stared at the ceiling the whole time before eventually giving up around 7 am. I began my day and was hoping to keep the device working and try again the next night. Eventually my family and I called the sleep study people who said we would need to turn in the test and try again. The test results came back and said I slept 8 hours (it also said I was asleep for several hours after I had given up and started my day.) I tried to discuss it with the woman at the front desk but she was rude and unhelpful both before and after the test. I followed up with Dr. Lassiter who was polite but refused to let me take another test and didn’t listen to or believe my concerns. I currently am planning to go another pulmonology clinic on the advice of a doctor who was concerned about sleep apnea for me. While I did get some good advice from Dr. Lassiter I wish I was believed rather than gaslighted.
I’ve been hesitant to post a review, because I really don’t enjoy talking poorly about people/clinics but this has been a horrendous experience and certainly the worst experience I’ve ever had with healthcare. Every time I have called to discuss significant medical problems I have been having, I wait for 15-20 minutes on hold and then am told no one is available to help but they should call me back. Then that follow-up phone call does not happen and rinse and repeat with the phone calls on my end. My initial appointment was June 9th…it is now September and I have been trying to get in contact with someone for a month now to discuss the difficulties I’ve been having. It’s really disappointing and discouraging as I am not even sure how to move forward from here.
Anne Lassiter PA-C is an awesome provider from whom to receive care! She works hard to make sure one gets the best sleep quality possible. At my appointment, she ordered extra testing to help determine if another recent diagnosis was affected by sleep apnea. She’s great at looking at one’s total health picture. Highly recommend!
