MountainView Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine

Dr. Klair failed to explain accurately what the sleep study would entail. She never told me the bright lights from the hallway would be beaming brightly into my room all night. She never described how restricting and itchy the wires and sensors would be. I didn’t get any sleep during my study and was in a state of discomfort and anxiety throughout the entire time. Dr. Klair should come down to the actual sleep lab and see for herself and then explain to all of us why these extra annoying variables were not articulated by her. It’s unethical to conduct any medical studies in such a careless an clearly ignorant manner.

Mountainview orthopedic surgeon used a metal clip to fix my shoulder’s complete loss of tissue in my right rotator cuff. I have Scleroderma, and I mentioned in person and in my chart NOT to put any metal in w/o first contacting my rheumatologist. I didn’t even know for a year when he had me get a year post-op Xray. Hospital or office staff may request a copy of the pictures I took of the xray. His decision to go rogue cost me my greatest passion : horses. I developed sudden onset scoliosis from the mismanagement of my bodies structures. It’s taken me years to come to grips with anything, so if it’s too late to sue, I’ll never disconnect making sure he puts no one under HIs scalpel again. Dawn Hagen, surgery was Aug/Sept of 2021

The most unprofessional bussiness I've ever dealt with. Had a appt tomorrow June 20th with a Dr Klair, been waiting over a month for this appt, they canceled the day before. Klair is no longer accepting Pulmonary patients, this was for sleep. So upset with this office. Now waiting another month with some else. So, so unprofessional

I am now on a CPAP machine & am getting a better restful sleep! I should have done this so much earlier!
