Very disappointed shutting the doors. Have to travel to Garison for a primary care doctor. Not to happy about that. What’s the great staff going to do?

Best providers, reception, lab, imaging and nursing staff. They are all so kind and helpful. Keep up the great work! The restrooms are spotless!

The doctor I went to for a walk in because I couldn’t see my primary doctor at the time i can’t remember the doctor name I had to go to but anyways when I got to my appointment and the nurse was so unprofessional and didn’t check how I was breathing and didn’t check why i was sick of if I even was sick the nurse said I had Covid with out testing me and when the doctor came she didn’t didn’t listen to me when I was having this problem for a week and not feeling good and my breathing was bad and my eyes were swollen and itching and yes I should’ve just went to the er because the doctor and nurse didn’t even help me and the nurse was coughing all over and the doctor got mad that I came back to see why I didn’t get medicine because the day before when they did test me for Covid they didn’t want to give medicine when I said I didn’t have Covid but diagnosed me anyway before testing me and doctor argued saying I didn’t say that and didn’t say I was having this problem when I told the nurse but she didn’t tell the doctor so it was horrible experience for me and they made me feel stupid and didn’t help me at all I was so miserable for days and I went to the er and they said I was having allergic reaction a really bad one and but please get better walk in doctors and nurses that actually help and listen to their patients because this was horrible and it could’ve been worse

I love my primary doctor and her nurses very much! They are very attentive and good at making you feel comfortable. Customer service was okay. Also billing is AWFUL! I’ve called multiple times to get my insurance changed because they put in their system incorrectly so none of my bills were being covered by ANY insurance. STILL having this issue to this day!!!!

I absolutely love my primary doctor here. She’s super attentive and thorough. She listens to my complaints and takes them all seriously. I love that the lab is just one floor away so I don’t have to drive across town to a third party place. The building is always clean and in good repair. The staff is always very professional and cordial. They have a patient portal that’s detailed, secure and easy to navigate. You can message them through the portal with any questions you have or make an appointment. There’s always a timely response. Some of the best care I’ve had has come from CHI.
