Today I had a big disappointment in this clinic, unfortunately. I went up to the consultant at the reception and explained the situation, that I felt pain in my breast, could I get some kind of examination, for example, an ultrasound, since I have a mammogram, but they didn't even listen to me. They sent me away, writing down some radiology number, I just want to cry.
Always professional and kind. All medical staff if first rate. There is one greeter with an attitude but minus the 1 bad apple love this medical building.
The Cleveland Clinic of Independence is a beautiful building. Visited an optometrist. It was easy to check in with the kiosk. All the staff were extremely polite.
Once again the independence Cleveland clinic exceeded expectation. I'm having hip surgery but until then I'm in terrible pain. Jodi was my on-call nurse, she worked with me even after hours to help me she called me back three times to keep me posted. The on-call doctor, doctor Wu, is so wonderful, he read my notes and didn't put it off thinking it was non-emergency. He understood and took care of me. I did have to call back in the morning and the nurse Kristen, listen patiently and provided me the help I needed. I love the Independence Cleveland clinic. I wish you all a Merry Christmas 🎄!
As always, clean, the staff smiles and takes you in their hugs - helps you if you need help :) Large parking lot, soon there will be 3 new electric stations on the second floor of the parking lot - to charge your favorite electric cars :) So the clinic is trying to do Everything is for you !!!!!
