The worst receptionists in all of Healthcare. The doctors and nurses are great, but the receptionists I dealt with in Vernal were rude, inconsiderate and snarky. They acted as if they were forced to work there.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Vernal Pain Clinic from the very start, and it’s obvious how much they truly care about their patients. After years of living with chronic pain, the care from Nicole Sorensen, Dr. Potter, and their team has truly changed my life. Nicole is thorough, patient, and communicates clearly without making you feel rushed or brushed off. Dr. Potter is knowledgeable, direct, and realistic about expectations, which I appreciate. No overpromising, no dismissiveness — just clear plans and thoughtful care. Chronic pain is frustrating enough. Having a team that treats you like a person instead of a chart makes a real difference. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and compassion I’ve received and would confidently recommend Vernal Pain Clinic to anyone needing pain management.

I am a caregiver and my cliants have been coming to Roosevelt for care for several years. They see Dr. Curtis and love the time and attention he gives them. They also love the nurses and the receptionists!!! They wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I moved her from Lehi in the middle of May. I was with a previous clinic for 10yrs. for severe back problems including surgery for spinal stenosis, surgery on both wrists for carpal tunnel, Severe arthritis in my knees, and joints, and fluid on my knees. I've been in 8 car wrecks, and my body has been through hell. I've been seeing Mark for about 6 months now, and I can say with assurity that out of the 3 different clinics I have been to now that Mark is the best pain Doctor I've ever had!! He asks me every time what he can do to help me. I've changed up meds and few times trying to get the right dose and combination that work the best for me. He also does the best trigger point shots!! I just had 6 done in my lower back area today and the relief is fantastic!!!! But above all else what I love and appreciate more than anything is that I'm not treated like just another number here. I'm not shamed in anyway for needing help. And I love Jennifer and all the staff that work here. They're funny 🤣 and down to earth. They have such kind hearts and would do anything to help someone in need. My sweet 13yr old daughter had to come with me today to be seen for strep throat in pediatrics and ended up getting a penicillin shot 💉!! Very painful! She felt like she was going to pass out and ended up sitting on the chair in Marks burtoch's waiting room. The gals were so sweet to get her a wheelchair and Marks nurse took her pulse to make sure her heart wasn't beating too fast. 😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I seriously can't say enough good things about this office and the gems that work here. Thank you everyone for all your kindness love and support. You are the rock stars of awesomeness medical care! 🤟
