Echoing some of the issues from others, Kim is the messiest business owner I have ever had to deal with. She will text you from multiple phone numbers and always have an excuse she didn't pick up the phone. She also over-billed me, then admitted she hadn't even gotten the information of how much she was supposed to charge me from my insurance. On top of that, I tried to pay ahead of time with my FSA card because I wasn't sure if it would work, I couldn't even connect with Kim until weeks after my sleep study, and when she tried to run my card surprise surprise it didn't work because she isn't a registered medical provider with them. This isn't a bad thing nor necessarily uncommon which is why I wanted her to run it in advance in the first place, but I never would have come in for the study had I known that, but Kim assured me it would be fine. I then had to give her my card information over the phone, which certainly felt like something I would do to pay any legitimate and professional business (sarcasm). This would be less of an issue if Kim were responsive in any way, but she becomes like a bad friend only contacting you on her terms asking for money. It's insane that she doesn't have a secretary or anyone doing accounts payable that I could have spoken with, but instead have to deal with Kim over the phone at odd hours and weekends and from multiple phone numbers. I have put in a provider complaint with Blue Cross Blue Shield, because I still haven't gotten the refund I am owed, and Kim knows she over-billed me since I called her immediately after I spoke with my insurance. I feel bad leaving such a poor review because the nurse working in the office is very nice, but Kim is horrible. TL;DR: If you get a referral here, demand a different referral. Kim is terribly unprofessional and it will become a headache for you.

Never having had a sleep study before, I didn't know what to expect. Kim taught us how to use the equipment in an easily understood and even entertaining way. She clearly has tons of experience and understands the value of customer service.

I had never done a sleep study so I didn’t know what to expect. The staff at Entire Sleep Solutions were very professional and they made the process as comfortable as possible during my overnight in-lab test. They were easy to communicate with and took great care of me. I would recommend Entire to anyone needing help for sleep issues.

At first, I was intimidated by doing a sleep study because I thought it was gonna be really complicated to do it myself at home. But it was extremely easy and I was connected with Kim and she was able to answer all of my questions and send me how to video on how to properly Connect the machine. It took me under three minutes to connect and it did not bother me at all when I slept. I was also able to pick up the machine closer to home which made it extremely convenient for me because it is hard for me to travel with a special-needs child. I’m extremely grateful for this service and how easy it was to use at home. I want to give a huge thank you to Kim for always answering my questions in a timely matter and for making the pick up location closer to my house.I look forward to hearing the results back from my doctor and hopefully getting a good nights sleep.
