Had my consultation here with Jessica H. Yesterday, and she was so sweet! She was very knowledgeable and understanding with me and just over all very professional and kind! Definitely recommend this center for any sleep disorders! 10/10!! Thank you again, Jessica H!!
Where do I begin with all the positives about this facility & more specifically about Allan. This was a totally new experience & rather unknown to us. That said, there was a bit of uncertainty as to what to expect. My husband had a very good overnight experience & I was very comfortable about it & impressed, especially with Allan. He was very patient, competent & so comforting. The facility is very clean, organized & comfortable. If a sleep study is a recommended step, both my Hubby & I highly recommend this facility & Allan, as a caregiver.
Great experience. I was hesitant about doing, but Trisha was great. Took time explaining what she was doing. Best sleep in years! Highly recommend doing this sleep study!
Wife received call earlier in the day asking her to arrive an hour later than the 8pm scheduled time. She doesn't drive so I took her. We show up on time to be told we are an hour late. We are admitted to the waiting area and told to wait. From the sounds of the conversation coming from the back no one has a clue what is going on and we are left in the waiting area. 10 minutes after arrival Boris comes out and states they can get my wife in but probably not started on the actual sleep study until 11pm. The wife wasn't happy so we are going to reschedule. Poor communication between day and night shift.
In my opinion the staff there didn't seem to know what they were doing. I would never refer anyone to them. They ordered a mask for me without even trying it on me and it didn't fit my face. It leaked and fluttered. I called back for help, no one could help. I was informed that the P.A. only works there two weeks a month and I could not get in for 5 weeks. I ask what should I do and was told go some place else. So I did. Happily!
