I came here with my dad for his appointment and it was insane. It was busy with very little space and not enough chairs in the waiting room to accommodate the patients while waiting. When we were finally called back to the room, we waited over an hour just to been seen for imaging results. Seems to be extremely unorganized.
These people are very very unprofessional they do not do their jobs 😡😡 I've been calling them for almost 3 weeks to get my medicine refilled and still nothing is getting done I'm in pain and it seems to me that these people don't care about their patients at all😡😡 Again I tried calling them today and now they either hanging up on me or just don't answer to me. Now I'm suffering in pain 😭 😭 😭 because these lazy people don't want to do their jobs 😡😡😡
This is my first and possibly last time visiting this office. My appointment was @ 10:30, as I am writing this review it is 11:49 and I have still not been seen for my appointment. Very unprofessional
There needs to be an investigation launched on the practices of full audit on this place it's completely unprofessional and it calls people without their permission I'm asking for the government to do a full investigation on this facility
These people are despicable, very disrespectful and unprofessional. They are extremely unorganized and disingenuous. They can never get anything done correctly or on time and will lie to save face instead of just being truthful. Clean up that unsanitary place you’re calling a clinic. And not to mention the incompetent people they have as managers, just horrible.
