Horrible, I don't recommend it. I haven't even gone through the appointment experience yet, and I can already see it's going to be an ordeal. First, I live super far away, and they don't answer the phone or texts, and leaving voicemails is a waste of time. The girl who made my appointment at the counter had zero experience in terms of knowledge of the procedure in the office. I asked her what plans they accepted, but she never told me. I told her mine, and she just said, "We accept all plans." Now I'm calling because my doctor is waiting for me to give her a coding to prepare the referral, and nothing. I think I'll go somewhere else.
At first, I was nervous about the process. But everything went super smoothly. The technician gives you the option of the room you want. She explains the process step by step. When they enter, they do so without disturbing you. Obviously, it's a little inconvenient because of the cables, but that's part of it. Highly recommended! The only thing is the phone, which is a bit tricky when it comes to communicating.
The staff and doctors are excellent! But the wait is too long. They need to improve.
The Doctors and nurses are all so wonderful, the sleep test was really good. The complaint I have is that the office never answers their phones. I live far so I can't just go to the office to follow up on test results, I try and call different days and times and they never answer. Also, the wait time for your appointment is a lot of hours, I can easily be there waiting for 4 hours or more waiting to get seen. Pls pls answer your phones, I really need to schedule a follow up
The sleep apnea test service was fine. Appointments are poor. They don't answer the phone and don't accept appointments. If you plan to come, expect to have at least 3 hours' notice. They need to improve their daytime service.
