I recently had the opportunity to visit the Sleep & CPAP Center, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided by technician Vanessa. From the moment I arrived, I was feeling quite nervous and anxious about my visit, but Vanessa's professionalism and compassion made all the difference in my experience. Vanessa took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, addressing all my concerns and ensuring that I felt comfortable. Her reassuring demeanor and genuine care for her clients were evident throughout my stay. It was clear that Vanessa takes pride in her work and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve the best possible outcomes. The environment at the Sleep & CPAP Center is welcoming and calming, but it was Vanessa's personal touch that truly made my experience outstanding. She listened attentively to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease during the entire procedure. I highly recommend the Sleep & CPAP Center, and if you have the chance to work with Vanessa, you are in exceptional hands. Her compassion and professionalism
OMG this place is amazing!! Very home like, clean, smells good, a vacation spot lol. If I felt comfy to stay overnight I would. Maybe next time I will try 😉. The ladies are very friendly, professional yet human. It's a great vibe when you walk in. It's so relaxing even in the partial lobby/waiting area. A def place to come for your sleep studies. I got the at-home sleep test.
Very disappointing experience. Instead of putting the CPAP machine on me before I fell asleep, they woke me up at 1am to connect me to the machine and again at 3am to change to a different mask. The pressure was so high (16) that the air escaped from the mask making it hard to breathe and making my face vibrate. Even my doctor questioned the logic of applying such a high pressure. The bathroom was quite a distance from the room where I slept and I had to pick up the wires and equipment, put them on a cart and take it to the bathroom with me which was very inconvenient. Needless to say I got about 2 hours of sleep for the entire night which in my mind was intentional as their recommendation was that I needed an additional sleep study which was unacceptable to me. I would not recommend this sleep center to anyone. My doctor rejected the results of this sleep study and sent me to a different company to have another sleep study performed and it was a much better experience. They didn't wake me up during the night to apply the mask; they had me put it on before I fell asleep and adjusted the pressure remotely while I was sleeping. My room had a bathroom in it which was much more convenient and because the monitoring equipment was wireless, I could easily go to the bathroom and get back to bed quickly. I was able to sleep through the night and obtain an accurate sleep report. It's very disappointing that I wasted a substantial amount of money on the first study.

First, I want to emphasize that the staff is great, the facilities are super clean and the decoration is outstanding (one inexperienced guy shouldn't be the face of all). Since my first review I went back, talked to the owner and staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. In this case a bad choice of words from an employee neglected the customer's rights and I just wasn't patient enough to do the dance; so I just left. The feeling of being sleep depraved due to my medical condition, the employee's young age and lack of experience was the combination for a bad recipe. I feel very confident that this experience will bring lots of positive change to the place and I will be going back in the near future for my care and supplies; as it takes a great deal to see the bumps in the road and decide to make a smoother ride for the customers. Thanks Original Review: I was there last night and the room was as cold as a meet packer freezer, when I requested the temperature to be adjusted to the same temperature as the rest of the office they denied my request as per "The Owner Disliked the Themostat to be Adjusted " then I requested the vents to be closed and I got the same answer. My nose clogged and my throat started to hurt as I could only bread thru my mouth. I decided to leave, and the front desk advised me that I would be charged $200 for a No Show, to what I replied: "To tell the OWNER, that I decided over the temperature in my room and over my well being; also to hire a lawyer if he/she would like to pursue with the billing". Few minutes later as I was getting ready to leave, they offered me to take the sleep monitor home at no additional charge.
